She has served as an Operations Director, Sr. Program Manager and deputy chief in operations for well-known consulting companies and multinationals in medical technology. She plays an integral role in cultivating and nurturing relationships with current and prospective leading-edge technology partners that added strategic value to the innovative solutions. Laura is a passionate advocate of total client engagement, focusing on strategic communications, transparency, accountability, and continuous measurement improvement of program satisfaction. Laura fosters a trusted-advisor relationship with both customers and employees. She is a culture builder and embraces the challenges of scaling complex IT programs.
